Lovely little ramen shop! I absolutely loved their pork buns!!!! Ramen was also very delicious! The broth was so good! Some other restaurants make them too heavy and salty, but this was just perfect. Especially on a rainy day! Staff is also super nice!!! And they have seriously the best background music. Super chill and groovy! I would absolutely go here again, any time I get to be in NYC.

Shoyu is delicious and the broth is rich and not heavy. The truffle on the shoyu is awesome, and the noodles are better than others I've tried. The sake selection is nice too!

I'm very happy with the various vegan options. The ramen is definitely flavorful but my only complaint is most of the vegetables are broken down into the base almost like a purée. I wish they left more of the veggies as they are for their individual flavor pop other than the one "topping" veggie they leave as is. I would still recommend here, don't get me wrong.
