Backed by artisan noodle maker Sun Noodle, this “tiny” , “Tokyo-style” NoLita nook features a 10-seat counter where visiting “ramen artists” dispense a “limited” but “super-authentic” choice of “robust” , “affordable” bowls; the pop-up format makes each trip “a different experience” , but fans “love the concept.”

Come here when they have guest Ramen masters from Japan for some good Ramen. They also have other Ramen chefs who come up with unique flavors if you want to try some interesting variations on Ramen. Check their social media for dates of when they have guest chefs

Ramen was good, but location is very tiny and very limited food selection. There is just a bar top and limited stools, so sometimes you have to stand and eat. They cram as many people in as possible so you are right up against your neighbor. Ramen was good- nice broth and big pieces of pork, but wasn't phenomenal enough in my opinion to make up for the poor dining experience.

By far one of the best place to get amazingly consistent bowls of ramen in the city. Each month also gives ramen shops from all over the world the chance to share their craft. I recommend this place to everybody
