The Zagat Review
These ramen joints “deliver with a bang” thanks to “super-flavorful” broths and “perfect” noodles creating “life-changing” bowls of the Japanese comfort classic that “always hit the mark” ; the casual spaces are dine-in only, and there are “long lines” , but most insist it’s “worth the wait.”

First time at Ramen Tatsuya Line was pretty long then we got sat and the line was out the door. Seems like everyone is willing to wait for some of the most delicious food I've ever had. It was a wave of flavor with every bite, but definitely a bit too much on the salty side. We also had dumplings which were average...But the Ramen was ridiculously amazing. Can't wait to go again and try a different soup. Service was perfect and food came out fast.

One of the top 3 places to get Ramen in the City. I also like that they have both traditional ramen and their experiments. It keeps things exciting. If you have a friend isn't down with the bowl, well they have other delicious options like rice and curry, chicken dishes, and so on. I try to hit this place up a few times a year because it just makes me feel good.

I have been waiting to try this place out for a very, very long time. We (party of 2) arrived around 5pm and as expected there was a line. We probably stood in line for about 30-40 min before being let in. The place was smaller than I expected it to be. As I saw the seating arrangement I started to feel a little anxious about where we would sit. After making our way to the front of the line (there's another line inside) we ordered our drinks and food. The waitress quickly handed us a number and instructed us where to sit. We took our seats next to complete strangers which made me a little uncomfortable. But as time went on and the warm sake started to kick in...I settled in and started to enjoy the vibe. The music selection was great! Our food came out in about 15 min. I ordered the original bowl. The noodles where pretty good. The broth has a very unique savory flavor. I honestly don't know how to feel about it. The pork was falling apart and delicious. We ordered 2 warm sakes, 2 drinks, 2 bowls, a spicy bomb and paid around $50 including tip. All in all it was worth the experience.
