The Zagat Review
These ramen joints “deliver with a bang” thanks to “super-flavorful” broths and “perfect” noodles creating “life-changing” bowls of the Japanese comfort classic that “always hit the mark” ; the casual spaces are dine-in only, and there are “long lines” , but most insist it’s “worth the wait.”

I have been waiting to try this place out for a very, very long time. We (party of 2) arrived around 5pm and as expected there was a line. We probably stood in line for about 30-40 min before being let in. The place was smaller than I expected it to be. As I saw the seating arrangement I started to feel a little anxious about where we would sit. After making our way to the front of the line (there's another line inside) we ordered our drinks and food. The waitress quickly handed us a number and instructed us where to sit. We took our seats next to complete strangers which made me a little uncomfortable. But as time went on and the warm sake started to kick in...I settled in and started to enjoy the vibe. The music selection was great! Our food came out in about 15 min. I ordered the original bowl. The noodles where pretty good. The broth has a very unique savory flavor. I honestly don't know how to feel about it. The pork was falling apart and delicious. We ordered 2 warm sakes, 2 drinks, 2 bowls, a spicy bomb and paid around $50 including tip. All in all it was worth the experience.

The food here is wonderful! The flavor combinations are on point every single time! The staff is friendly, the menu is simple, straight forward and the staff can answer any writings you may have. The front of house is pretty well maintained. Just be careful, things can get pricey very quickly! This is a good place for groups of friends to visit. Be aware that there is generally a line but don't worry because it's totally worth the wait!

The Mi-So Hot ramen here is pretty decent, but a bit thick for my taste. The egg was delicious and cooked to the right texture. I added the brussel sprouts which were charred and over fried. Definitely tasty, but nothing to be rave about. Service was quick, friendly, and efficient. You line up and make your order before being seated. There's a long communal table, bar seating, and a few regular tables for two and four.
