Came to Riffs after realizing the restaurant we intended to go to is closed for the holiday... but we definitely found a gem! I rarely give 5 stars for review, but when I do — it means it’s really great! The atmosphere was great for couples or small group dinner. The waiter recommended “Hindsight 20/20” (red wine) for us and it was simply marvelous! There’s complexity and it has a great aroma. Their food goes beyond amazing! We ordered steam mussels, roasted carrot salad, lemon and thyme chicken, and grill Hawaiian Ono. Each dish was a perfection to me. Their pumpkin creme brûlée with ginger adding the spice and texture was a great surprise. I am really tempted to come back again when I return to Boulder in 2 weeks!

I love eating lunch here. Creative food. Good service. Excellent location and people watching. Just a very comfortable and satisfying place for a lunch date. Maybe I'll try them for dinner sometime.

Went here for lunch: delicious, well priced, good portions. Got the salmon which was moist and served in a creamy sauce with chopped almonds on very tender, small, and flavorful carrots. Tried a bunch of the starters too, none of which disapointed. Good stuff.
