We had the pulled pork sandwich and a platter. The meat was nice and tender, but the flavor was less strong than I usually prefer. The sauce options are both vinegar based since it is Carolina style, but we actually liked the Other Sauce better than the Rodney Sauce, which was close to straight vinegar. The potato salad was delicious and the baked beans basically stole the show! The coleslaw was also fresh and tasty. Outdoor seating was available and the atmosphere was pretty great. Overall nice spot but I think I'm just not a Carolina gal.

Look no further for authentic, delicious Carolina style BBQ! They cook all the meat on-site and it couldn’t taste any better. We tried sides of mac n cheese, cornbread, coleslaw and hush puppies and they were all as good as the meat. It’s a very casual, laid back environment about 7 minutes from downtown King St. Highly recommend!!

My go to BBQ spot! Rodney Scott's is some of the best BBQ I have ever had. I dare you to find more scrumptious pulled pork and ribs. The sides like the cornbread, beans, and mac & cheese are my favorite around. If you're looking for incredible South Carolina BBQ at an affordable price and friendly service this is the place to visit!
