Rosa Mexicano
Stylish contemporary Mexican restaurant

The Zagat Review
"Die-hard fans" flock to this "consistent" Seaport District branch of the "fast-growing" national chain for an "upscale twist" on Mexican cuisine and "excellent" guacamole prepared tableside; it's "best when you're there on someone else's dime" (the rustic, tiled space makes a "great date spot" ), but if you're not, the pain of "pricey" tabs can be dulled via "potent pomegranate margaritas."

Had an amazing time at Rosa Mexicano last evening! The food was so fresh and flavorful! The waitress who served us was very attentive, our drinks were never empty and was happy to tell us some of her favorite items. Greg the general manager also stopped by our table, he was friendly, professional and made us feel right at home. I would highly recommend Rosa Mexicano, their food and their staff to anyone who is coming to the Boston area! We will definitely be back!

Great food! Great experience! It was excellent service! The waiters checked in on my party every 20-30 mins to make sure everything is okay and paid great detail on food and on our needs. Love it!

We sat at the bar, as we had no reservation. Seated immediately. The bartenders were amazingly friendly and very fast at making spectacular drinks and serving us our beautifully presented food. They are all very proud of their restaurant. The appetizers were delicious and abundant and the main courses were some of the best Mexican food I've ever had. The Three Enchiladas were superb, and the Guacomole was unique but authentic. Fish Tacos were delicately fried and made just right. Rice and sauces were perfect. Attached is a picture of the dessert, Tres Leches cake, which was gigantic and wonderful. I can't say enough good things about Rosa Mexicano. On the way out one of the owners asked me how the dinner was. I told him it was the best Mexican I've had ever. His reply was to ask me if there was anything they could have improved. I said "not a thing"! Now that's true hospitality. Can't wait to return next year.
