This “excellent” American cafe mini-chain has nailed a “winning formula” : “gigantic portions” of “rich, NOLA-type breakfast foods” , “bottomless coffee” and “killer” cocktails all served in a homey setting; it’s no wonder there are sometimes “waits” for the “moderately priced” eats – fortunately, “quick” , “conscientious” servers ease the pain, and help make it “the place to go for breakfast after a night out.”

Fantastic, albeit a bit pricey, breakfast and brunch. Lots of fantastic, unique options that are delicious. Their seafood dishes surprise and delight and they have many eggs Benedict options if that's more your style. Good coffee rounds it out with tons of seats (much easier to get into than their mid city site).

I been to a few slippers. They are all awesome. Great food every time. The dining area at the Irish Channel location is spacious clean and inviting

Beautiful atmosphere, great drinks, but the food lacked the NOLA seasoning. It was good but didn't meet expectations. But the cinnamon pancakes were wonderful.
