“Artisanal in all respects” , this “charming” Gowanus bakery/bistro is best known for its “heavenly” breads and “sublime” croissants, though it also offers “delicious” New American fare and cocktails; the “relaxed” space and “mindful” staff are other reasons to “just go.”

I LOVED IT HERE. Super chill vibe that was filled with kindness. Loved the decor. Came around 11am on a Sunday. Plenty of seats available. Our server/host was perfection. She was so calm and smooth. It just made you feel good and that you were in the right place. (Hey. I know. It was Brunch. Like relax, Molly. It isn't that serious. But man, I realllllly liked the vibe.) I will be back to experience the dinner menu. Oh, I must also mention the selection of treats from the the bakery displayed in the front. We grabbed a few before we left. The guy managing that section was super kind and funny. The treats were out of this world. Cheers to this team!

I had their casserole with latte. Food are nice, waiter is friendly. They have more seats downsdownstrs. The canele has a hard cover and very moisture texture inside. Its $3 for each. Plain croissants are crispy. The wheat bread also has a hard skin. Overall I'll say their bread are more baked but I like it.

The food & pastries are wonderful. Coffee is great. Beautiful place. Service is hit or miss. We have walked out after seating because no one would come wait on us. I wish I was more confident in a good experience. I would go more often.
