The Zagat Review
A taste of “Italy on the UWS” , this “authentic little gem” is known for its “vast” charcuterie selection and “high-end” cheeses plus “inventive” Italian tapas too; the space is “cramped” but nevermind – “score a table outside” and “watch the neighborhood go by.”

My wife and myself have made this restaurant our go to haven on the Upper West Side. Never had a bad meal and service always pleasant and efficient. I read many reviews for this restaurant and found most all of them, very positive. I found one review rather shocking from a person named Clare. Not the part of waitng 15 minutes for a table, but the slur thrown at the owner , Donato , who I always found to be a gentleman and one of the main reasons I go here. He makes the dining experience a true pleasure and the food is always superior and of the highest quality. I could never see him demeaning anyone , and especially women. Great man and excellent restaurant.

First night of our anniversary tour to NYC. I cannot think of a better opening meal experience. Andrew the owner GM worked us into a packed Saturday night slate -- thank you! The caprese salad was the best I have ever had and the Saturday lamb special was an amazing full meal treat and value. I give this a very stingy 5 stars ... Treat yourself to a great night with unique ambiance and personal service. Well done.

Great place, I was in a rush to get to the Yankees game and I was in and out in twenty minutes. I enjoyed the waiters recommendation of the rigatoni. I would come back.
