We were so pleasantly surprised by Sapore! We didn’t have high hopes due to the “hotel restaurant” stigma, but it was great! The food was fresh (dinner), pasta was handmade, veggies locally sourced, nice presentation, and everything was perfectly cooked. We had chicken saltimbocca, Sunday supper, and the reserve burger. All were delicious. Great service, nice atmosphere, enjoyed seeing our food being prepared in open kitchen. We went to several other restaurants with better ratings over the weekend and were very disappointed. We couldn’t believe the best food we found was at our hotel! Worth going to even if you’re staying elsewhere!

Chef's pallet is on point here. All these people looking for large plates and just ordinary food go to the 99. Do your self a favor and sit down here for at least 2 courses. Tell your server what you like and let them do the rest. This is a true hidden gem (out in the open) in a city full of great food. Save your $ on the expensive steakhouses you can go to in any city and give your pallet a treat. Also great beer, wine and whisky list to top it off.

I wanted to marry the chef. Calamari done upscale with fresh herbs and lobster in the mix - delicious. And the lobster carbonara was a revelation. Could not show picture because swallowed it too quickly while crying from the heavenly manna. Lemon tart for dessert. Service was completely luscious from Ashley. Will come here again. Stuck as can't decide if will order same thing for returning to old memories or new thing for new memories. OMG so good.
