"Sophisticated" gin cocktails are the "star" at this Logan Square den pairing its booze with "comforting and hearty" American small plates that go "well beyond regular bar food" ; the "charming" interior has a bit of a "Wild West meets Victorian parlor" vibe with tractor-seat barstools, ornate settees and "lots of nooks and crannies" to settle into.

A really cozy and dark bar. Drinks are always rotating and delicious with a focus on bourbon and gin. Very intimate. Much like a friend's living room or some kind of prohibition bar (the drinks are reminiscent of 20th century as well). Service is friendly but not always the fastest. Perfect for a long night with some friends. There's a small bar, table seating and couches/chairs scattered in the back. Don't forget the free hot cookies at midnight!! Good beer list besides cocktails. Standard beer pricing. $12-$16 on cocktails. With a large menu of liquors

Dear God, Scofflaw where have you been all my life? An amazing bar with an ample spread of beers, cocktails and food that is well worth the price. Beautiful aesthetic and great service make this a perfect spot for a night out or just a chill weekend afternoon with a good book.

This place is small and very very underrated in the city! Best cocktails ever! Most are gin, but they do have other options too. I am not a big gin fan, but even I was impressed. Highly recommend going here.
