“They know what they're doing” at this 1941-vintage West Village “garlic haven” delivering “fabulous paellas” and other low-cost Spanish classics via “efficient” staffers; maybe the decor's getting “worn” , but patrons downing “out-of-this-world sangria” are having too much “fun” to notice.

Always enjoy the time at Sevilla. Never let me down. They have the best (and inexpensive) sangria and paella! Definitely order them for your first visit! Nice and efficient service.

I ordered seafood paella. Even though it tasted as good as before the this time, the lobster claws were not included, it had less veggies and less seafood. The only chunk of the lobster's body was the small piece I got. The toasted garlic bread A+ together with the muscles; simply exquisite. The flan has lost the creamy taste; now it tasted watery, with no body nor the true Spaniard taste. The white sangria was great. The new waiters were disappointing. They didn't know the menu, nor if they had what I've been known the restaurant serve. Mind you I know the rest. Since I was 15 years of age and yesterday I turned 60.

I've been coming here for years. It's in such a charming area of the village. Great old school spot. No frills, just great sangria and great paella! Also very cozy in winter!
