. We ordered the Black and Blue Burger cooked medium. I ordered the Broadway sirloin cooked well done. The dinners were brought to us with the burger cooked well and the steak cooked medium. I could not eat the steak the way it was prepared so I sent it back to be cooked a bit longer. My husband was hungry so he ate the burger even though it was over cooked. When the waitress eventually brought my food back out again, the steak was still medium well. By that time, my husband had already finished eating his over cooked burger and I knew I didn't have enough time to send the steak back to the kitchen again, so I asked for my dinner to go and told the waitress I would take it home and cook it myself. There were only 2 other patrons in the restaurant. No reason for our order to not be right. 1

Such a great spot for a Saturday night. Intimate and relaxing and friendly staff. Great selection of booze with character! Keri was personable and attentive.

We live nearby, so figured we had to check the place out. We wondered how it has been open for a while but always looks empty, with never more than a table or two of people, and found out why. Food was OK but not great, and there was a weird stench in the restaurant making it hard to eat. The waiter was nice but hard to find, and they were out of both of my top choice beers on the menu. With all the other great places in Southie, don't think this is a return.
