"Pancakes as big as pizzas" are typical of the "hearty" American eats at this Downtown breakfast-and-lunch standby, a "hole-in-the-wall" that's deemed a local "treasure" ; "quirky" , "up-cycled" decor makes it an "alt-diner" haven, and "hit-or-miss" service doesn't keep it from getting "packed" on weekends.

Ate here for lunch today Anna it was great! Prices were a little high, but the quality and quantity was great. Big portions I could only eat half my lunch. I got the Monte' Cristo and the cotton candy cappuccino. The sandwich was awesome!!! The cappuccino was very very strong and not sweet at all. It looked great but I originally wouldn't get it again. Overall, I will def be bringing friends here to check it out!

My brother and I were seated at the bar, which was nice and the staff was pretty friendly. I ordered some juice called the cubano and that was pretty tasty. The breakfast burrito is really good too. Other than the eggs that come inside the burrito, you get to choose three more ingredients to go in. Also, they have vegetarian/vegan options, which is always a plus. Over all a rad place!

This is a very quaint and cozy corner restaurant. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The building was very interesting with its details and the wood sculpture by the window with "Succotash" engraved across it. The indoor area was very artsy and eclectic. I loved the sculpture above the bar and the columns covered with pale green mosaic tile.
