Like Dali, its Somerville sibling, this Back Bay Spaniard “does the job” for tapas lovers, offering a “something-for-everyone” menu at a “fair price” ; further highlights include an “old-school” , tile-lined interior, a patio for “prime Newbury Street people-watching” and a sangria-soaked bar scene that’s “always full of laughter.”

I’d say this is one of the best restaurants in all of Boston. The pricing is decent, but the food is absolutely to die for. I couldn’t be happier, go back a few times a year.

Great food cooked in proper Spanish fashion. A bit pricey for the amount of food you receive for the price, but they must stay in business in a very sought after location. They have a good deal on wines which is called the wine flight, it allows you to choose 3 reds or 3 whites that they serve by the glass for 14 dollars. It is a good way to get a taste of 3 decent wines. I suggest the Reds as they go better with most of the tapas that is served.

I love this place - eat at the bar for cheaper prices! I went here 10 years ago and fell in love with the place. I take my friends there whenever we travel to Boston and they love it as well. Although its not that same as 10 years ago I still love it. We usually eat at the bar and get several of the $5 and $7 tapas plates and a pitcher of Sangria (usually more than one). Beware the sangria is strong (which is why I like it). The staff is always nice and actually speak spanish. Note that there are only about 12 or so seats at the bar so you may need to eat at the tables and pay full-price.
