This local chain serves “wicked good” , wax paper–wrapped burgers and other “genuine American diner” eats in “no-frills” , retro-tinged spaces; “consistent” service, “cheap” tabs and “peppy” vibes come with the territory, and there’s a “great late-night” scene in Harvard Square – where the griddle stays hot till 4 AM Thursday–Saturday.

If you are going to eat fast food, this is one of the better places to do it. Burgers are good, fries are great, onion rings are way too thin and stringy.

Made fresh to order. Minimal toppings in burgers but was very good. Bun was soft and fresh.

So annoying. Ordered food for here. Paid. Was in a take out bag. Wrong order completely. Made food wrong, then the food was short of the order asked for. Second time, wrong again!! Kept trying to give the messed up food to me for free. I said no the first time. People order food a certain way for a reason when places offer options. Why would I take food I didn't order and don't like?? That fixes nothing!! It happened a second time and more food was added that I can't eat. There was no apology. If you want to take an order from someone, please listen to it. This experience was insulting. No one listened from the start and kept sending unwanted food. Next time , just ask what was wrong, listen, and deliver in the best timely fashion possible or in your means, apologize for a human error. We are all human and make mistakes but don't just give away food that wasn't wanted in the first place. If it's not of interest or a like, wasted money and insulted as if I was at fault. Hate to say it but High School kids at McDonald's and Burger king have provided much better service. Teens are more humble. Adults in a burger joint at your establishment are not so humble. You should be embarrassed . I know your ingredients are better but this stunk. I finally just threw the food in the trash. What a waste of time and money.
