Places like Tavernetta are turning Denver into a truly first tier city. Warm and modern interior, well studied representation of regional cuisine, focused but creative interpretations of classic cocktail categories, and a bustling yet relaxed vibe really made this place a standout of my 2018 dining experiences thus far, not only in Colorado but around the nation. Super excited for this team and the amazing work they're doing to bring this city to life, can't wait to get back.

Enjoyed a wonderful happy hour with Tavernetta. The bartender made super tasty Aeperol Spritzers in generous quantities. We tried a number of items from the menu and everything was absolutely delicious. The decor is very pleasing and modern. The service is impeccable. I highly recommend this restaurant.

We booked the chef's table at Tavernetta for a client meeting and we were not disappointed. From the time we walked in and gave our name, the staff was there to take care of us. The table was right in the kitchen but it wasn't really noisy so conversation was easy. The food was delicious. You can't go wrong with any appetizer on the menu. The pasta dishes were small enough that everyone got their own and then we shared and sampled from everyone's bowl. For the main course we got the giant t-bone steak and the whole chicken, just enough food for the group of eight. The steak was perfectly cooked and the rub was delicious. The chicken was tender and juicy. I would definitely recommend this restaurant - for the food and the dining experience.
