We've been here twice for brunch, both on Saturday mornings. The place is beautiful! There are so many things to look at while you visit. My favorite are the smoke silhouettes near the entrance. The food is not inexpensive, but it is very good. It's a very nice place to go to for a special occasion, but a place that's very okay to bring young kids too! They have basic breakfasts for the kids & unadventurous eaters and some very interesting options for the more adventurous. Try the harissa fries, they are one of my family's favorites! The service was great, our server was very friendly and attentive. Both times we've gone it was busy, but without waits.

A lovely place for brunch, dinner or drinks. Something about the space and design serves as a welcoming place to sit and enjoy the company that surrounds you. Brunch menu is overall classic yet with a twist and Mediterranean influence. Service is good, not great. I'd say an easy place for kids, with small simple menu for them and comfy seats which hopefully they fall asleep on syiu can continue enjoying the Apparatus experience.

Say at the bar for a quick bite and really enjoyed the atmosphere and the historical significance of the building. While the whole feel is modern and clean, you can look past all of the new and shiny to see all of the preserved and worn details of the original structure. The food was excellent, well prepared, and came out pretty timely. Would love to stop by and try the rest of the menu. The space is pretty unique in that there are sitting areas that encourage a social atmosphere and would be great for groups of 5-10 people to enjoy drinks.
