The happy hour is good if you go early but unfortunately we had a poor experience at dinner. After waiting 40 minutes for a table they stuck us in the bar area where we were surrounded by people standing/drinking. My husbands burger ($21) came out soaking in its own juices to the point he couldn't even pick it up because the bun was falling apart. We sent it back, they brought it back cleaned up but realized they had used the same bun just made it look cleaner on a new plate. For that price, the burger should be impeccable. I ordered the mussels + clams main. For a main, I'd expect a good size. This had only 6 mussels and 6 clams for $18. I rarely order a main and leave hungry. This place cares more about being "cool" than having quality food.

Amazing place. We've been here several times for dinner, brunch, and also late-night drinks. By far the best brunch menu in SF, and service was outstanding. Also highly recommend for a drinks spot with a group of friends. The vibe was fun, and the place is beautifully decorated like it was in the Victorian era. Cocktail menu rivals that at top NYC lounges. 5+ stars!!

Minorities not welcome here. Bar staff will see you will be at the bar first, wait your turn and they will skip over Brown, Black people to serve White people. Asians it's 50/50. I was at the bar first, patiently waiting and was next up upon order of arrival, the bartender went to another person who just came to the bar, a white male...loud and bumping into people and knocking over someone's beer. I was dressed in a suit! He was in a T Shirt, backwards cap and shorts with flip flops. I did the most I could to present myself in a constrained and polite fashion. The bartender kept staring at me. I had my hand up and asked for a drink. He passed me. Told me to wait. This repeated 3 more times with new entrants hitting the bar...this repeated several times I home come. I have come here 16 times in the last 5 months. I have to say, minority customers get passed over, get the worst seats and when a table is not available, it suddenly is for white folks who didn't have a RSVP...I did. I have been putting together a blog post and podcast about this bar and it's racist undertone. I have some hidden cell footage. I will update this posting with that. Dorian Owners and Operators, I will be sharing my video and experiences with local reporters and those with ample social media following in your area. Change your ways.
