Some of the city's "top" Asian-fusion fare can surprisingly be found in North Beach at this "small" but "mighty good" "eclectic" stalwart that "continues to impress" with its "phenomenal" "high-caliber" dishes ( "especially the melt-in-your-mouth sea bass" ), presented along with an "amazing" sake and wine list by an "accommodating" team; the "cramped, noisy" setting is "maybe not the best romantic date-night choice" , but fans attest it offers some of the best "food and value" in the city.

The House has incredible food. I've tried their chicken and fish, and both are absolutely exceptional. The prices are also beyond reasonable - I think that they could charge quite a bit more, but don't, so you're getting amazing value for the price you pay. Every appetizer is absolutely delicious as well. Salmon rolls are a must here! TIP: Make sure to book reservations early as the venue is VERY small. I think they can only seat 30-40 people, so make one at least 24 hours in advance. It's a great spot that I will return to every few months for a meal.

We had a game in SF so we decided to hit "The House" for dinner. We ate here last Mother's Day and we wanted it again. The food is really tasty - with savory flavors and good portion sizes. Every dish we had was good. The miso noodles with steak is recommended.

Great and tasty Asian style cuisine. Very popluar and crowded locate around Chinatown. Recommend fried salmon roll and grilled sea bass.
