Service

A “business lunch” standby, Geoffrey Zakarian’s “cozy” American bistro in East Midtown’s Benjamin Hotel serves “straightforward” American fare that ranges from “solid” to “meh” ; “scattered” service and “noisy” decibels don’t deter the weekday “crowds” (brunch is more “pleasant” ).

Delicious. Tad pricey. Around 20 for breakfast I believe. It was in Manhattan so all good. Nice upscale breakfast for great photos. Minutes away from a nice walk to Times square.

We came here for dinner. Nice ambience. The mussels appetizer was amazing. The short ribs were excellent. The burger was nothing special. Wine was excellent. Service was great.

Beautiful restaurant with a delicious menu. We had brunch, and the Croque Madame was perfect! Food prices were reasonable; $6.00 coffee was pricey, but very good coffee!
