Great food for brunch and lunch. The food was amazing both times I visited. The service was excellent. The drinks were fantastic, with the right amount of flavor and alcohol. I ordered the chicken and waffles for brunch and burger for lunch. Both dishes were delicious. However, the brunch menu of chicken and waffles was tasty, but not filling; most likely due to the lack of a side dish. Unlike the burger which brought a side dish. The menu is rather pricey but we'll worth it.

My husband and I stopped here one night because Cask and Larder is part of the ale trail. We sat at a tiny table in the bar area because it was already packed. We ordered a flight of beer and was not impressed with them at all. As for the food though, it was delicious. We had the bread plate and the cheese plate (two separate menu items). The cheese selection was so amazingly yummy and the bread was equally delicious. Each item was paired with its own dipping sauce/fruit compote. You really can't go wrong! The service was great too!

Wow! Great ambience, bar in the back with seating as well as seating in the front. Was crowded when we went so hubby and I decided to eat at the bar (same dining menu). Chris had great drinking suggestions. Food was amazing.
