This was my first time visiting a Michelin-starred restaurant. I have forgotten how I ended up at this restaurant but journeys have detours that take you on brilliant adventures. I left all my expectations back at the hotel and I let the staff and fare of the Restaurant at Meadowood take over and heighten all my senses. Of course on a journey, there are always obstacles to hurdle, such as the negative nouveau riche boobs next to me complaining the food isn't like this other restaurant's food. Meanwhile, on my table, an array of talent and design and passion casually came and passed. The staff provided an attractive story for each tasting dish. In the end, the staff provided me a tour of the kitchen. The staff members worked hard and the three stars are well worth the sweat and sacrifice.

Attended their 12 Days of Christmas dinner on Day 7 with Chef Yoshi Takazawa from Japan. A fabulous Christmas gift to myself. Must try dinner experience if you are a foodie. Will definitely return to try their tasting menu. Some highlights below.
