Coal-fired NY- and New Haven–style pies are the main attractions at this "takeaway" North Beach pizza parlor via namesake chef Tony Gemignani that adjoins his Napoletana outpost next door; there’s no seating, but usually "no wait" , so many consume their orders across the street in Washington Square Park.

Top-notch, east coast thin crust pizza by the slice. The crust makes all the difference here, its fresh and delicious. They use the small. Pepperoni here too, which is a very good thing, as they cook up nice and crisp, curling around the edges. The inside dining area consists of literally one table, so be prepared to grab your slice and head out to the sidewalk tables where you can people watch and enjoy the view of Washington Square Park.

Very cool place in Little Italy in San Fran. It has all the looks of a very local style pizza joint. The seating is mostly outdoors which is nice because usually the weather is fair in SF. The pizza was ok, thus the lack of 1 star. I'm pretty picky on my pizza and this didn't really wow me. I did like that they used the small pepperonis that curl up around the edges when baked. There was a line but don't let it worry you, they are very fast at getting people through the line.

Really good Pizza, beer, and wings! We got seated right away and customer service was excellent. This place also have the best blue cheese dressing I ever had in my whole life. I haven't been able to find anything to compare it to. I will definitely be going back the next time I'm in California.
