Tupelo Honey
Splashy setting for modern Southern fare
Southern American · LoDo · $$
Upscale yet downhome, this outpost of a Southern franchise boasts a primo location on the tracks at Union Station and an acclaimed chef in Chris Kobayashi, who's overseeing a kitchen that turns out extensive menus for brunch, lunch and dinner — ranging from oysters and charcuterie to pancakes and sandwiches to steaks and family-style fried chicken. The bar is equally ambitious, with 54 taps and cocktails that may come in cans, buckets or golden chalices.

Tupelo Honey is kind of pricey but delicious and worth every penny for special occasions such as a birthday or anniversary. They make amazing authentic sweet iced tea that is southern style, and I would know being a native to Tennessee. They also serve nitro iced tea which is a fantastic twist on a classic southern beverage. The fried chicken is full of flavor and wonderful with great sides to choose. This place is like an upscale or fine dining version of Cracker Barrel with a bar serving artisan beers, basically. A+

I was visiting Denver and I was let off in front of this place. It looked nice so we tried it. Great choice... the vibe was great and the lunch/ brunch selection and the food were good. I will definitely go back here on my next visit.

This place is legit! They have a carefully crafted menu and the service here is always on point. Great vibes too! I’ve been here for brunch and for dinner and have had a great experience both times. It can be a little pricey, but you truly get what you pay for. I can’t wait to go back and try more on the menu!
