Vezzo Thin Crust
Pizzas with razor-thin crusts
Pizza · Murray Hill · $$
The Zagat Review
“Paper-thin” , “crispy” -crusted pies with “toppings to suit any taste” are the specialty of this “friendly” , “bargain-priced” Murray Hill pizzeria; the digs are “tight” and often “crowded” , but all's forgiven after a bite of that “outstanding” Shroomtown pie.

This place was referred to me by my friend when i asked them for a good new York pizza. I had two slices here which i found to be pretty good. But i need to try more of their menu in order to say that this is really it. But for now i will say that's it's one of the best places if not the best , to get a pizza. You can also get a slice as well. They do have wine menu as well.

Quick service. Great food. In my humble opinion, Vezzo has the best thin crust pizza in Manhattan and the salads are great too. Everything is very fresh and made to order. Pretty good wine selection that pairs well with the food.

Continuing my search for the best pizza in the city, I decided to try Vezzo after work on my way to a concert. Seeing it has thin crust in the name, I knew I was in for something a little different. And it was a pleasant surprise! I'm not a huge thin crust guy, but the crust on this pie was crispy enough to give it some substance. The ingredients were fresh and made for a good pie. The balance was a little off if I wanna get really picky - meat not spread out enough, too much garnish - but all in all it was a great pizza. If you're looking for something more filling, this isn't the place to go. But it was an excellent thin crust pizza and I'd absolutely go back. Recommended: Salsiccia Dolce.
