Beautiful atmosphere, friendly staff, and excellent food. The chefs have elevated and inspired taste, and the bar staff is knowledgeable. We had all vegetarian dishes and were impressed with everything from the radish tacos to the cauliflower and rice dishes. What appeared to be small portions was in fact quite filling and we all left satisfied! Big shout-out to Chef Dan!

I would like to give Vicia 4.5 stars but since I can't we'll go with 5. We made reservations a couple weeks out but could still only get an 8:15pm reservation so make reservations early if you want to eat earlier. You can just go and sit at the bar though. The restaurant itself is beautiful. They have done a really great job decorating. The staff is very nice and attentive. Onto the food. Vicia is a vegetable focused restaurant but it is not vegetarian. But I think vegetarians and omnivores alike would enjoy the food. The "build your own" tacos are fantastic. They were different than I expected, as I didn't realize the taco shells would be slices of turnip but they were delicious. We got half pork, half mushroom tacos which I would highly recommend if you're an omnivore because the mushrooms we're delicious and went really well with the pork. Now keep in mind that their menu changes with what's seasonal so they may not be using any of these toppings in a couple weeks. We got the braised beef, the red potatoes, the carrots and the Berkshire pork. I would say my least favorite was the pork. It was too chewy. The braised beef was incredibly tender and very well seasoned. And the potatoes and carrots both were delicious. We probably could have gotten away with just the beef, potatoes and carrots. The tacos were surprisingly filling so for two people we really didn't need four main items. We got a pumpkin tart to share for dessert which was really good. We will definitely be back and I would like to try the tasting menu but that will have to be for a very special occasion.

Top notch service and we sat at the bar because there weren't any tables open. The decor is very nice with a good atmosphere. The portions were small just as they said they would be. Wonderful flavors in the radish dish but the meat dishes fell short. They were done very well but lacked the wow factor I was looking for.
