The first NYC outpost of the “swank” global chain, this “high-energy” Murray Hill Japanese delivers “inventive” izakaya-style bites along with sushi and robata-grilled dishes in a “dramatic” duplex space; “sky-high” tabs and “service kinks” aren’t keeping the “good-looking” crowd away from its “cool-as-can-be” upstairs lounge.

You can't go wrong with Zuma. Although it looks like a huge high end restaurant chain (which most of times can't hold its quality), Zuma proves otherwise year after year. The black cod is a must. All fishes seems and tastes fresh with perfect flavor, odor and colors. You may try others oriental restaurants, but give Zuma a try!

Expensive. But the food is solid. Grilled king crab legs, octopus is superb, prawns are amazing, steaks are good too! Very good and consistent for a big restaurant.

Fancy deco, club vibe and atmosphere good drink selections not cheap but its expected. Food its decent but not amazing. Good for happy hour or one last drink of the night at 2nd floor.
