harvest roll-whole grain with a touch of honey this is a soft but hearty roll (not avail tuesday). hearth roll- the perfect crusty french white roll; soft white- buttery and pure white, these are our bread of choice for tuna sandwiches and sure make for a great burger bun; morning bun- you’ll find these in the pastry case each morning. substantial harvest dough is fortified with currants and a steamed, chewy crust.
high-gluten durum wheat lends this sesame seed encrusted white bread a fine, chewy crumb and a crackly crust- try it as a sesame stick to really experience a the higher proportion of delicious crust to crumb. the yummiest buttered toast you’ve ever had. a staff fave (available daily).

our fragrant, textured almond cake highlights the fresh seasonal berries that overflow local farms with honeyed mascarpone mousse. seasonal berry selection varies; due to the added height of the berries & fluffiness of the mousse, this cake is only 3 layers tall and should be served cool; available up to 10? round or square.
light lemon chiffon cake is layered with tart lemon curd and finished with lemon buttercream icing. this cake is topped with beautiful yellow curd so with pre-order any writing will be done in white chocolate rather than ganache.
our buttery gold cake is brushed with coconut milk then filled with coconut pastry cream. iced in buttercream & finished off with fluffy shaved coconut, this is a beautiful addition to any dessert table. this cake is covered in coconut- if you would like writing, we will refrain from putting coconut on top to allow for the writing.
devil’s food cake with ganache and toasted pecan & coconut filling. a classic like you’ve never had it, this guy is finished with deep dark chocolate and topped with its filling- it is fearlessly decadent! this cake is topped with it’s pecan filling so though writing is available, it may be a bit lumpy!
belgian chocolate, butter, eggs and a touch of orange liquor make this a decadent dessert. these cakes are a single layer topped with satiny ganache and finished with white chocolate curls. – no decoration available.
