The Zagat Review
At this “quaint” Carrollton cottage, chef/co-owner Nathanial Zimet preps “witty takes” on Southern classics in “portions that leave you satisfied but with room for dessert” (which is “something you should do here”) and at a price point that promises “fine food for the masses”; add in a “hip” staff that “knows its stuff” and “the only problem” is that it's “just so small” – and “everyone wants in.”
What To Order
During the summer doldrums, Boucherie has been known to close the doors for vacation. If you’re traveling in late August, be sure to check before dropping by.
