“A carnivore's paradise”, this “small” Italian grill in Hancock Park from the superstar team of Nancy Silverton, Mario Batali and Joe Bastianich offers a “spectacular” “meat-centric” menu ranging from house-cured salumi and all kinds of “succulent” cuts to large-format plates that are “fab for groups”, not to mention Nancy's “transcendent” focaccia; it's all served by “knowledgeable” staffers who “guide the experience in the best possible way” – i.e. it's a “splurge” worth “trying at least once.”
