Our Summary Review

Tucked in back of Austin's Liberty Bar, Shangri-La and The Grackle, these popular trailers from Uchiko chef Paul Qui specialize in "stunning" Asian-fusion bar snacks like "tongue on a bun", fried chicken and beet fries; the food's cheap, "fun and different", and "adventurous" eaters find it "such a treat" late at night; P.S. an outpost in the back of Hole in the Wall is the brand's first brick-and-mortar location, while its first stand-alone location, on South Lamar, is serving up all the classics, along with a series of unusual tacos (octopus, anyone?) in a space that features bright graffiti from the same artist who adorned the trailers.
