“Chef extraordinaire” Mark Holley (Brennan’s of Houston, Commander’s Palace) returned to the spotlight in 2014 with his eponymous Midtown seafooder that’s quickly become a “culinary hot spot” thanks to fish dishes whose influences span the globe, plus oysters and seasonal cocktails; the contemporary setting features a more formal dining room and a louder bar area, both inviting and packed on the weekends; P.S. there's an “excellent” fried chicken dinner on the last Sunday of each month.
