Our Summary Review
Kaz Okochi’s World Bank bistro may be “shadowed by bigger names”, but for “creative yet still authentic” Japanese fare and some “over-the-top” East/West dishes, it’s one of the “best” in town; granted, it’s “small” and “not much to look at”, but since it’s “always packed”, regulars say “making a reservation” in advance is a must.
