Bizarre Bites: Taste Testing Cookshop's "Chocolate Meat"

In New York City's Chelsea neighborhood, Cookshop is serving appetizers for dessert. The pastry chef has come up with an ingenious platter of charcuterie made entirely of chocolate. There's bacon, sausage and even some prosciutto. We dropped by for a taste test and tried some apple pie nachos too, for good measure.
