How To: Make Coffee With a Japanese Siphon

It's practically sub-zero across much of the country, so how about a good, hot cup of coffee to warm you up? We recently visited Seattle's iconic Caffe Vita to learn how to make a better cup of coffee, mad-scientist style. Lead trainer Ross Beamish showed us how to use a Japanese Siphon, a nifty gadget that uses a vacuum effect to get the full flavor from the beans.
