Spotlight: NYC's 2013 Year-End Review

From star chefs expanding their empires, to out-of-town toques setting up shop in the Big Apple, 2013 was a productive and exciting year for the NYC restaurant scene. But perhaps the year's biggest story was the hybrid food craze (Cronut, ramen burger etc.) that inspired chefs around the country to create their own unique mash-ups.
